General terms and conditions for registration to the Actuarial Congress 2024:

The participant will transfer the full participation fee after receiving the invoice (if the participant pays via an invoice).
The participant's employer will transfer the full participation fee after receiving the invoice (if the participant's employer pays for them).
The participant can cancel their registration for the congress free of charge until the 8th of February 2024. After this date, it is no longer possible to cancel for free.
If the participant wishes to receive a discount because their employer sponsors the Actuarial Congress 2024, they must indicate this when applying.
If the participant wishes to receive a discount because they are a member of the VSAE Alumni network, they must indicate this when applying. Former members of the VSAE can register for the alumni network here.

Algemene voorwaarden inschrijving Actuariaatcongres 2024:

De deelnemer zal het volledige inschrijfbedrag overmaken na ontvangst van de factuur, indien de deelnemer heeft gekozen voor betaling via persoonlijke factuur.
De werkgever van de deelnemer zal het volledige inschrijfbedrag overmaken na ontvangst van de factuur, indien de deelnemer in overleg met de werkgever heeft gekozen voor betaling via bedrijfsfactuur.
De deelnemer heeft de mogelijkheid zijn/haar inschrijving voor het Actuariaatcongres 2024 kosteloos te annuleren tot uiterlijk 8 februari 2024. Na deze datum is annulering niet meer mogelijk en wordt het gehele inschrijfbedrag na afloop van het congres gefactureerd.
Indien de deelnemer korting wenst te ontvangen omdat zijn/haar werkgever sponsor is van het Actuariaatcongres 2024, dient de deelnemer dit bij inschrijving aan te geven.
Indien de deelnemer korting op het inschrijftarief wenst te ontvangen omdat hij/zij lid is van het alumninetwerk VSAE, dient de deelnemer dit bij inschrijving aan te geven. Oud-leden van de VSAE kunnen zich hier aanmelden voor het alumninetwerk.
